Delivery Information

All our items are dispatched as quickly as possible from us to you. Smaller items will be sent by either courier or Royal Mail 2nd Class post. We will advise you when the item has been dispatched and by which method it is coming to you.

Our larger and furniture items will come by courier. We work with a range of courier services to ensure the best level of service for your order. 

Where possible we will provide tracking information to help you know where your order is and when to expect it. 

If there is an problem with your order or its delivery in the first instance please contact us and we will investigate what has happened. 

As per the Distance Selling regulations (2000) you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and a further 14 days to send most goods back for a full refund (including outward delivery costs), even if there's no fault. We ask that the item be returned unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
